See what is ready, what is missing, and what to handle next

Trip Readiness shows whether your trip is actually ready — across flights, hotels, daily plan, packing, weather, documents, and emergency contacts.

Most trips fall apart not because of bad planning, but because something obvious slipped through the cracks. Trip Readiness gives every trip a clear progress score so the gaps are visible early.

What you can do

  • Destination and dates selected.
  • Flight and hotel details added.
  • Daily itinerary generated.
  • Packing list completed.
  • Weather checked.
  • Emergency contacts saved.
  • Important documents stored (passport, visa, insurance).

Example: closing the gaps 5 days before Barcelona

Five nights in Barcelona, mid-October. Five days out, the score sits at 60%. Missing: packing list, emergency contacts, travel insurance. He uploads his Allianz Travel policy PDF, generates a packing list (highs around 22°C, light jacket evenings), and saves the Spain emergency number 112 plus the U.S. Consulate General Barcelona address (Paseo Reina Elisenda de Montcada, 23). The score climbs to 95% before he leaves for the airport.

How the score works

Each trip has a checklist of items that matter. As you add details, the score climbs from 0% to 100%. Items that are missing are listed in plain language with the next clear action — for example, “Add hotel” or “Generate packing list”.

Built for the way real trips happen

Sometimes you book the flight first. Sometimes you book activities before the hotel. Trip Readiness does not assume an order — it just shows what is left.
