What we collect
During early access, ExcursionX collects the email address you submit through the waitlist form, plus a small label that indicates which form on the site was used. We may also automatically log standard server information such as IP address, time of request, and basic browser metadata for security and abuse prevention.
When you use the ExcursionX product itself, you may save trip details — destinations, dates, flight and hotel information, uploaded confirmations, notes, and similar content. This information is stored so the product can show it back to you inside your trip.
How we use your information
- To send waitlist updates and product announcements.
- To provide and improve the ExcursionX experience.
- To prevent abuse, fraud, and rate-limit excessive requests.
- To respond to support, press, and partnership inquiries.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share your trip data with third parties for advertising.
Service providers
ExcursionX uses common infrastructure providers to operate the site and product (for example, hosting, database, and email delivery). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Your choices
You can request to access, correct, or delete the personal information ExcursionX holds about you by emailing privacy@excursionx.app. You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.
Cookies
The ExcursionX website uses minimal cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the site. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this marketing site. If this changes, this policy will be updated.
